1. About these terms

Advantage Access is operated by Advantage Investment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12531064. Our registered office is 3.14 The Plaza, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, England, L3 9QJ.

By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information.

2. Membership, invitations and accounts

  • The portal is a private, invitation-led service intended for people aged 18 or over.
  • An invitation is personal to its intended recipient and must not be forwarded, sold or shared.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your profile and contact details reasonably current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password, verification codes and account access.
  • You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • An account is personal and may not be transferred to another person.

An invitation or account does not guarantee access to every event or opportunity. Availability may depend on capacity, eligibility, location, timing or other reasonable criteria communicated to you.

3. The portal service

The portal provides member profile tools, event information, invitations, early opportunity previews and ways to request contact from the Advantage Investment team. We may add, change or remove features as the service develops.

Registering interest or requesting a call does not create a contract to buy, reserve or invest in anything. Any later transaction will be governed by separate documents, checks and terms supplied for that transaction.

4. Opportunity information and no advice

Portal content is general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a personal recommendation or a binding offer.

Pre-release information may be incomplete, provisional or subject to change. Prices, availability, forecasts, returns, timelines, specifications and third-party information must be confirmed in the approved documents for the relevant opportunity.

You remain responsible for your decisions and should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances. Past performance and illustrative information do not guarantee future results. Property and other investments can fall as well as rise in value and may be difficult to sell.

Do not rely on portal content as the sole basis for a decision. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or any duty expressly accepted in later transaction documents.

5. Events and invitations

Event listings and expressions of interest are not confirmation of attendance. Attendance is confirmed only when we tell you that your place has been accepted. Invitations are personal unless guest access is expressly included.

Event dates, venues, programmes, speakers and capacity may change. We will take reasonable steps to tell affected members about material changes, but you should check the current details before travelling. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and related costs unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You and any guest must behave lawfully and respectfully and follow reasonable venue, safety and security instructions. We may refuse or end attendance where reasonably necessary for safety, security or the enjoyment of other attendees.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the portal unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
  • attempt to access another member's account, staff tools or restricted information;
  • share confidential member-only material outside its intended audience;
  • introduce malicious code, probe security controls or disrupt the service;
  • scrape, copy or systematically extract portal content or data; or
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, eligibility or intentions.

7. Availability, content and intellectual property

We aim to keep the portal available and information current, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security work, supplier outages and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

Portal content, branding, software and materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use them for your own lawful evaluation of the service, events and opportunities. No other rights are transferred.

Links or integrations supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services merely because the portal links to or interoperates with them.

8. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the portal, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you or an independent third party, or business losses arising from personal use of the portal. These terms do not affect statutory rights that apply to you.

9. Suspending or ending access

You may stop using the portal at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, respond to a legal obligation, investigate misuse, or where these terms have been materially breached. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Account closure does not require us to delete information that must be retained for legal, security, suppression, audit or dispute-resolution purposes. See our Privacy Notice.

10. General terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the portal, law or our operations. We will publish the updated version here and highlight material changes where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply to later use.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms do not give enforcement rights to anyone other than you and us.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts of another part of the UK or another country.
